Your Game.
As a Marketing & Content Design Intern, you will co-manage activities on our online channels and newsletters. You’ll communicate directly with our customers, through words and visuals. From Instagram stories to TikTok videos and newsletter layouts, you’ll conceptualize ideas and execute them. A hands-on mentality is a must!

With your creativity and out-of-the-box mindset, you’ll contribute to producing social content, newsletters, and social media communication. Nothing is too bold, you’ll have plenty of freedom to experiment. You’ll be responsible for designing our content and showcasing your Adobe skills. Whether you’re turning photos into compelling stories, creating a trending TikTok, or writing a spot-on newsletter, your creativity will shine.

During this internship, you’ll work closely with the Social Media & CRM Manager and the Graphic Designer to support content creation, community management for our socials, and spearheading digital campaigns. Highlights during this internship period will include the launch of our brand new Fall collection and learning how to navigate the Black Friday commercial period. This is a great experience to learn about the e-commerce channels and how to balance branding and selling. Together, we’ll take BALR. to the next level in social media, content, and partnerships!

Your Professional Stats.
At BALR., we’re looking for an ambitious Marketing & Content Design Intern. It’s important that you have a strong connection with our brand and can immerse yourself in the story we tell. We value independence and a hands-on mentality. In return, we offer full-fledged internship guidance, and there’s room to work on a thesis or school assignment.

• You are pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in Graphic Design, New Media, Creative Business, Marketing, Communication or a similar field;

• You’re looking for a full-time internship (minimum 4 days a week) for at least 20 weeks, starting in September 2025;

• You live in the Amsterdam region;

• You speak have a good command of Dutch and English (oral and written);

  • German and/or other languages are a plus.

• You have experience with Adobe Suite, such as Photoshop and Figma;

• You’re familiar with all social media channels;

• You stay up to date with the latest social media trends and functionalities;

• You understand which partnerships fit BALR. and its target audience;

• You have an eye for creating digital content for websites and newsletters;

• You’re creative, bold, and have a good dose of confidence;

• You’re results-driven, organized, and a true go-getter;

• You understand BALR.'s style and have a passion for lifestyle, sports, and fashion.
